🎮 Getting stacked up in Hologram Slam? Try these three tips.

Hologram Slam starts innocently enough. A glowing tile, eight places to put it. Plenty of room.

Then the stacks get taller, and suddenly you’re reconsidering your life choices. Or at least your last few moves.

Here are three tips for your next game:

1. Match before you stack.
Before placing a tile, check the tops of all eight stacks. A matching color could help you clear tiles instead of adding to the problem.

2. Sneak a peek at RISE and NEXT.
The RISE bar shows how close you are to a new layer being added to the stacks. NEXT reveals the upcoming tile’s color. A quick glance can help you plan your current placement with the next move in mind.

3. Give your tallest stacks some attention.
A low stack might feel like the easy option, but keep looking for chances to bring the tall ones down. Seven tiles is the limit. Any stack reaches eight and it’s game over.

Watch the stacks. Check the NEXT color. Keep an eye on the RISE meter.

Easy to say. Slightly harder when your brain is busy deciding where orange goes.
